SmartAVI's enterprise KVM extender system allows IT managers to consolidate their extension set up to one device. With server rooms and corporate computer environments constantly growing, you need a way to control everything! The DXP16P is just the device for that application. The KVM extender has 16 ports for CAT5 extension from the extender to remote servers and PC's. Servers connect to receiver and transmitter units with RS232 serial ports. You can now consolidate multiple CPU's in one location and extend to multiple workstations! The enterprise KVM extender system consists of two devices, a transmitter (DXP16P-TXS) and a receiver (DXP16P-RXS). The transmitter and receiver are sold separately. Along with the DXP16P-RXS and DXP16P-TXS transmitter and receiver cards are available with PS2, AV, and serial connecters.
