The SmartAVI USB-100S is a CAT5 USB Extender system. The device consists of a transmitter and receiver unit that are connected to each other via CAT5/CAT6 UTP Ethernet cable. Long distance data transmission is made possible with these cables. Up to 275 feet of extension is possible with the USB-100S. This device is compliant with USB 1.1 standards. The transmitter is powered by the device that is being extended, while the receiver has a separate power adapter. Both transmitter and receiver are small in size and easy to conceal, reducing clutter and organizing your desktop! The USB-100S support MAC, PC, and SUN devices!
