Long Range PS2 Keyboard & Mouse, VGA video CAT5 Server Interface Module
The Avocent DSRIQ-PS2L allows for CAT5 connectivity between a server and DSR IP KVM switch. These dongles/server interface modules reduce the clutter caused by cables in the server room/data center. You can connect CAT5 cables for data transmission between DSR IP KVM Switch and server/computers on the network. The DSRIQ-PS2L server interface module supports Keep Alive technology by maintaining network functions during power outages. Keyboards and mouse are powered through PS2 emulation on the module. The DSRIQ-PS2L is an extended version of the DSRIQ-PS2 with 20 inch PS2 cables for keyboard and mouse.
