The wireless KVM extender, or LV3500W by Avocent allows users to place a keyboard, mouse, and VGA display up to 100 feet away from the computer that they are used to control. This is the first wireless KVM extender on the market! The wireless 802.11a standard protocol and AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) make wireless connection simple and easy between the transmitter and receiver unit. The transmitter connects to the computer that you wish to extend from. The receiver is placed remotely (up to 100 feet away from the computer), and the VGA video monitor, and PS2 keyboard/mouse are connected to the receiver. All data is transferred over the wireless link!
