State of the art KVM technology by Rose electronics makes the UltraMatrix X-Series KVM switch matrix an industry leading server room management solution. Ideal for enterprise applcations, the UltraMatrix X-Series has the capabilities of connecting multiple users to up to 1000 computers. Computers connected to the matrix can be any type, whether they're Windows, Macintosh, UNIX, Linux or Sun, they're supported! The UltraMatrix also serves as a VT220 emulation terminal with color support for serial devices. Through the VT220 terminal, you can connect your touchscreen monitors, routers and many other devices.

Implimenting such devices creates tons of extra room in the office and server room environment, while simultaneously drastically reducing costs! On screen menus (or OSD) makes access and control of connected computers and servers very simple. With drop down menus and individual computer naming, you will never get confused!

The UltraMatrix KVM Matrix switches come in several model configurations. Available in 4, 8 or 16 non-blocking user models, with immediate control of 8 or 16 computers. The matrixes can also be purchased with 1, 2 or 4 local KVM user ports. The UM4 (4 non-blocking users) and UM8 (8 non-blocking users) are based on a five card chassis which accepts up to four computer/user cards and one expansion card. The UM16 (16 non-blocking users) uses four computer/user cards and two expansion cards. All user and expansion cards come pre-installed so you can get right into using the device. Additional units and expansion cards can be connected to expand the network.
