8 and 16 Port Console Server

The SN0108 & SN0116 are serial console server switches with either 8 or 16 ports. They give network administrators the ability to log on remotely over the net and access any serial device that is connected. IT admins can login through Telnet, VT100 console terminals and Java enabled web browsers. Some types of units that are often used with these devices are routers, switches and servers. The Serial over the Net system is much like an IP KVM switch and provides a secure, multi-level password protected system for access to many network devices. Compatible with Solaris, Linux, Unix and Windows operating system, the SN0108 & SN0116 feature surge protection technology to assure the safety of all connections and devices attached.
