16 Port KVM Switch

This High Density KVM Switch, model KH0116 provides a powerful 16 port KVM switch in just 1U of rack space. Initially, 16 computers maybe controlled from one location, but with the use of daisy chaining, control can be extended to as many as 512 computers. This high density KVM switch, KH0116, also has an additional console port which makes remote access a possibility. ATEN manufactures two other products, KA9250 (an extender kit) and CN5000 (the IP Unit) which give the opportunity to control attached computers from 500 feet away (through the Extender kit) or anywhere around the world (KVM over IP) by incorporating the KH0116 high density KVM switch. The switch supports high resolutions, On screen Display (OSD), Hot Keys and 2 level password security.
