17" Rackmount LCD Drawer & 16 Port KVM Switch

The KL3116M is a 16 port KVM Switch with a 17" Hide Away LCD Console. The switch portion of the console allows for control of up to 16 computers from one unit. If using a single KL3116M, then 16 computers can be controlled, however, daisy chaining gives the ability to connect 31 additional switches, which can control up to 512 computers (all done by the original KL3116M).

This switch has dual interface and supports both PS2 and USB keyboards and mice. The KL3116M is an incredible space saving solution that incorporates the LCD monitor, keyboard, 16 port KVM switch and touchpad all into Hide Away housing that takes up 1U of rack space. The keyboard and LCD Monitor slide out separately giving you the choice of using the keyboard, or just using the video display.

The KL3116M is easily installed and controlled through On Screen Display (OSD) or Hot Keys. There is also an incorporated Auto Scan feature which goes through and monitors the activities of all of the computers.

KVM over IP is also a possibility by incorporating ATEN's CN5000, the IP access port unit.
