17" Rackmount LCD Drawer with CAT5 KVM Switch (Analog or IP)
The SmartRack 116 solution by Minicom provides users with optional CAT5 kvm switches for multiple server control. The combination 17" rackmount LCD and KVM switch comes in two variations: an analog KVM switch or an IP KVM switch.
The rackmount LCD can be purchased with an incorporated 16 port analog KVM switch, the 0SU52091. With the use of this analog CAT5 KVM switch, users can control up to 16 servers or computers directly through the rackmount LCD drawer! The attached monitor and keyboard with touchpad make browsing through servers easy as ever!
The 0SU70050, or the SmartRack 116 IP is a 16 port IP KVM switch that is available in combination with the 17" rackmount LCD console. This device takes the same rackmount LCD console and combines it with a 16 port IP KVM switch, allowing local and remote access of up to 16 servers. Using this device in the server room makes it possible to access the connected servers from anywhere in the world over TCP/IP, LAN, WAN or internet connection using the KVM.net II software.
The drawer slides out easily form the rack, where it only takes up 1U of space. The TFT LCD display supports all VGA video formats at a max resolution of 1280 x 1024. The switches that come with the slideout LCD are compatible with both PS2 and USB servers.
