Minicom's 0VS23003A is an RS232 extender that supports VGA video. The device takes a serial device and VGA video device and extends the feeds to a remote location.

The device works as an out-of-band data transmitter and always functions in real time, therefore, no lag will ever occur, and the highest level of transmitting is guaranteed.

Since the 0VS23003 is bi-directional it can also transmit VGA video signals to serial devices like touch screen units. If that serial device does not have a display, an external monitor can be connected to view the media.
