Black Box's secure ServSwitch KVM switches provide high quality video transmission and control of up to 16 computers from on KVM switch. These switches have the ability to control up to 256 servers through the use of daisy chain cables and cascading multiple switches to work together.

Available in a multitude of styles, the ServSwitch family is customizable to meet your server room needs. Ranging from 2 to 16 port sizes, the KVM switches can be bought in three different chassis styles: mini, slim and full. They take up anywhere between 1U and 2U of rack space. There are five models available:

• SW721A-R5 - 2 port mini chassis.
• SW722A-R5 - 4 port slim chassis.
• SW723A-R5 - 8 port full chassis.
• SW724A-R5 - 12 port full chassis.
• SW725A-R5 - 16 port full chassis.

Compatible with all Black Box products, the ServSwitch family is designed to work around your needs. The standard ServSwitch is compatible with PS2 keyboard and mice, however proper cables can be purchased to give the unit serial and USB capabilities. That way it's very simple to mix and match PCs and incorporate everything into one KVM switch!
